I just feel so unhappy all of the time. I feel VERY unacomplished, and stupid!

Background information- I am 19....married for over a year....I graduated high school early at the age of 16 and feel proud of that, however I didnt do so well in college my first couple of years because I moved around and took it for granted. I am a sophmore standing, but taking a short break because I got a job offer as a mortgage loan officer/insurance agent, and I just feel so stupid because of this. I love school and everything, but I keep failing and can never decide on a major! I love real estate and that sort of thing, so thats why I took this job!
I am also very overweight. I am 5'2 and 165 pounds....I want to lose weight, but its so hard for me right now......Im just so sad, and I feel like everyone in my family thinks I am too! My hubby and I just bought our first brand new car and townhome, but I just cant enjoy them!
PLEASE HELP! I want to feel accomplished, motivated, and happy!

I know how you feel, Life can be so challenging. You have a lot on your shoulders. I know this may sound hard but believe me it can happen.

I was in your same position, marriage and college can be hard to juggle. I was married when I was 18, graduated high school, had a baby at 19, went to college at 20. I had the same problems with being sad and feeling like I was never going to achieve anything, and sometimes I still do. Sometime you feel like your professors do not understand that you are not the carefree college student that most are. Many college students pay the bill at the beginning of the semester and that is it and then just slack, drink, and do drugs (I do know that many work, that is not who this is aimed at). They just group you into that category because of your age.

It is possible to enjoy life. Try to take a me day once a week. You and your husband go out on a date, if money is tight just stay at home turn off all distractions and relax with each other NO TALKING ABOUT ANYTHING THAT WILL CAUSE STRESS. Tickle, kiss, love up on each other what ever will help you relax.

Also if you find that nothing else will work you may have a serious medical problem. Thyroid problems which also cause weight gain can cause depression. I also have this problem. And it is easily treatable with medication.

If you would like to talk to me more just send me an email. Skiterbite2005@yahoo.com I hope to hear from you

I feel like you rushed life. Getting married so soon really holds you back on so many great things that are supposed to happen when you are young. But you can't really change that now....
Anyways, exercise! To be honest, playing soccer for 2.5 hours every day after school keeps me from going insane. It may be hard at first, but once you really get into working out, it is a great outlet for all stress! When you are running on a treadmill or something, you forget about all your worries, and feel great afterwards!
You aren't stupid. Think about all the accomplishments you have made over the past few years!
Okay so in conclusion:
start working out and eating healthy, it is hard at first but feels great.
Don't put yourself down like that! I am sure you are an amazing young woman who just has a lot on her shoulders right now. Talk to your hubby and tell him what is going on, that's what he is there for! To support you!

You've had a lot of changes and a lot of moves. That can make you depressed. I recently heard that if you were to get out and walk 5 out of 7 days for 25 minutes, it will greatly improve the depression. It works for me! Give it a try! And be kind to yourself. You can always go to school at night if you want to take this opportunity, although being in the mortgage business right now might be stressful.

So you are battling on multiple fronts, take one shot at a time
1> Choose between job and study, if you are not in dire need of money, prefer study cause it will help you get a better job later( Your hubby will surely support you on this, i guess)
2> Dont lessen the food that you are eating, but reduce cheese and increase green vegetables, once you are on the roll, you can start work out
3> MOST IMPORTANT: BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, you have done a great job till now, you are not a failure, look in your hubby 's eyes and you will know how important you are for him!

Just live your life to the fullest!! If you want to be more healthy and lose a couple pounds try different diets and stick with them (Jenny Craig, South Beach, Atkins etc.) There are many that could help you. Maybe to be happier see a counselor or write in a journal to let your feeling out! Just remember who you are!

You won't find a solution to your problems on Yahoo! Answers. You and hubby (if you're unhappy so is he even if he doesn't show it) need to find a good marriage counsellor pronto.
