I'm not sure of a movie but Meerkat Manor on Animal Planet makes my boyfriend cry. They are making a movie about it so hopefully it will eventually count!

schindler's list. when the they play the happy music and all the little kids are on the back of the truck and they think they are going to some fun camp or wadeva but really they are being taken to the gas chambers :'(

The Notebook definitely. There's this term called 'getting notebook'd' where a girl makes you watch The Notebook and you get all caught up in it. I, for one, am a notebook victim.
