I'm not sure how good I am at hiding it, but 'boredom' is the emotion I try to hide the most when I'm with other people. If I'm not writing, reading, or doing something artistic I get bored easily.

I agree totally, true emotions are the type that are made and make others around you happy. When one is happy it's not a miracle that others get happy too. Love can't be hidden, it's true and can't be shunned away just because you dont' want to tell anyone so yea. True Love and Emotions are meant to be seen :)

Fear and sometimes anger at a situation I cannot change.
Right now i am hiding fear for my best friend Marie with multiple tumors, the one I am concerned about is a tumor that is attached to the breast wall. I have to put a brave, positive face even though I am scared to death for her. I am trying to smile and assure her that it will be fine, but I really don't feel it at all. I will just be there for her and her family and do what I can to make their life a little easier

Emotional pain

Both fear and sadness. I try to put on a brave front most of
the time. Sometimes it's a bit of a challenge to keep my
sense of humor and I just stay serious when I'm stressed.
Penny d. I feel your pain. That is unforgiveable. It's too bad
she's too old to turn over your knee for her disrespect. I have
a daughter who is blunt, and we're not going to her house
either. She's let it be known she's going to her girlfriends
family with her hubby and son, again. So again, it's me and
my hubby. Some tradition that is.

Hmm well sharing it on the bored wouldn't be hiding it would it?
But in real life I hide the feelings of: empty and desolate. When my husband travels with work I'm left alone to take care of everything, it's the separation of use I don't like :)

Anger and frustration. In my work I have to deal with a lot of people who are unpleasant/ demanding/ complaining and I have to appear calm and pleasant all the time.Even when I feel like screaming at them. My work mates tell me what a calm person I am - so I must be hiding my true feelings really well ! :-)

If impatience and irritation are emotions, then they are the ones I hope I hide the most.

Sadness

My vulnerability to emotional wounding.

I will NOT bow down to being manipulated emotionally, so no matter what someone does or says to try to do this to me, I will NEVER show how much they have hurt me BY the use of emotional blackmail.
