I like both.
Behind the scenes is cool because you get to enjoy the show and relax.
Performing on stage is also cool because all the attention is on you (good or bad). It depends on what kind of performance you do. : )

certainly i prefer to perform on the stage. In case i am not needed there, i dont mind working behind the screen.
