Okay, I have two best friends Ben (a boy) and Kendra (a girl), I made a new friend this year and her name is Delanie (a girl) and she is also friends with Kendra. Ben and Kendra don't mind eachother so we used to hang out together. Delanie, HATES Ben, and Kendra likes to hang out with Delanie more than she likes to hangout with Ben, so whenever I'm at lunch and Ben sits with me and Kendra and Delanie, Delanie moves, then of course Kendra moves, so I have to move or elso they get mad at me! So Ben feels left out, and now he's mad at me because I don't sit with him or play with him! PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS DISASTER!

Why dont you try and get them to all sit down together and see what the real reason that they dont like each other is. It might be that something happened between the two of them that might make things better if it was out in the open. But beware it might make them upset that someone tried to get them to bring it out, but on the other hand it might go a long ways towards fixing the problem.

I am going to tell you the same thing I tell my daughter. Your friends need to understand that you are able to have more than just 1. You will not always agree with your friends and they will not like everything that you decide to do. But the most important thing is that you stay true to who you are. IF you want to be friends with Ben then do it. But a friend does not turn their back on another friend. So... are you being a true friend to Ben? Are Kendra and Delanie being true friends to you? Sounds like you need to do some thinking about who your friends are and who you are. good luck. and breathe this is not as much of a disaster as you may think.

Well seeing you cant force anyone to be friends with eachother you need to pick who you really want to be friends with or talk to all your friends and see if they can come to an agreement on something. Maybe Delanie has a crush on Ben. who knows. Sit them all down at once and talk with them.

You must restore amity among ur friends, root out the hatred Delanie has for Ben. Or else urs is not a company but a crowd.

Sit with whoever you want to sit with. Don't let your friends choose who you are friends with. Have you asked Delanie what she has against Ben? If not, ask her what she has against him. Then tell her that you would like them to work it out and possibly become friends, because it hurts you to have one of your friends hurt by being left out.

No one else should affect your friendship. Unless Ben is dangerous or crazy I don't see why you cant sit with him. Sometimes you just have to choose to be an individual and stand up for whats right. Don't leave Ben hanging if he's a good friend. Those other girls seem kind of shifty.

Hun, Ask yourself a question...Do you want to be a leader or a follower in life... Do what you want to do, no matter what other people think, if they dont like it well there not worth knowing in the first place. Its the little things early on in life that set the stage for the bigger things to come later. Try sit them all down together, talk about there problems, not fight, and try fix them and move forward.

you need to tell them to grow up. there are always going to be people who get along better with some and not others. You need to sit them all down and tell them that they are all your friends and you don't need the emotional tug of war that is going on between you. If this doesn't work then you'll have to make a decision about who you want to hang with and if you're going to let others dictate to you who your friends should be.

It seems that Ben is your best bet as a friend. He can be friends with everyone. It is their problem not yours. Don't exclude anyone. If someone decides not to hang out with you and whomever, oh well!

Get them all together and explain that you care about each and every one of them but their behavior is making you crazy! It is such a waste of time to be angry about petty stuff. Hopefully they will realize that your friendship is more important than all this crazy drama. You will find out if they are true friends by their actions. Good luck.
