That's what the vast majority of us would like to label the poor man but fact is, due to the US legislation and constitution, he is nothing more than a puppet on a string, as other contributors have pointed out. I'm a Canadian and have no real admiration for the American political system, nor the Canadian one. It's all about who has the most money and influence, as it always has been with any politics, be it religious or otherwise. Bush has no more power than what the current legislation puts before him. The only saving grace about the US constitution is that if enough people stand up and say "This is all BS" then the powers that be have no choice but to take another direction. Bush isn't a dictator any more than anyone else. Just because he's the pres doesn't mean he has control. There are too many other factors to the equation. It's the $$ behind the leadership that rules. The way it's always been, the way it always will be. And the sheep that bah likewise.

Geesh- right here i'm protecting a president i did no longer even like each through fact human beings get blinded by using their very own politics and refuse to ascertain yet another standpoint.

It is amazing the amount of thought that went into the formulation of such a question. This bird hasn't a clue of what a dictator is or of those who actually were. In order to get " kicks" some just have to be disrespectful. What a way to go through life. Enjoy your coffee and donuts.

If Bush was a dictator the way leftists seem insistent on making him out to be, why are there so few leftists rotting in prison without trial?

NO..he lacks the intelligence and perecption it takes to be a successful dictator..............he's to weak to last very long in a true dictatorship

..he's just running the country like a backwoods sheriff runs a small town........bullying the populace; taking bribes; bending the rules etc...............it just doesn't work on an international scale.

Just wondering why you think he is a dictator?

Do you think it just makes you look "cool" to ask such a dumb question?

If he was a dictator, you would of had a knock on your door by now.
