Spend a couple of days in phoenix, like to see some museums or parks, Phoenix metro only( have been grand canyon and sedona), please indicate location. Thanks.

Phoenix has a lot of recreational places. I would recommend the Arizona Science Center in downtown Phoenix, the Phoenix Art Museum (also downtown Phoenix) and the Desert Botanical Garden (beautiful weather to go right now).
Near the Desert Botanical Garden is the Phoenix Zoo (has "zoolights" during holidays at night). The Phoenix zoo is great for families and has a nice pond that you can rent paddle boats. Encanto Park (15th Ave & Thomas) has Enchanted Island amusement Park for kids and the park itself is nice for picnics. Rawhide (on the Gila Indian Reservation off of I-10) is like an old western town with a steakhouse and rides.

In Apache Junction, Eeast metro area there is the Superstition Mountains. Hikes and Goldfield Ghost Town. A recreated ghost town that is pretty neat. Lots of shopping in Scottsdale. Or maybe a sporting event depending on when you go. Wild Life World Zoo out West in Litchfield is great. There is the Phoenix Zoo too. There are also jeep tours, mainly East area. And lots of other hiking places, Piestwa Peak, South Mountain, all pretty central.

#1 Heard Museum on Central ave. then phx. art musuem afterwards maybe the Science center downtown... Rock and Roll museum in north phx. off Deervalley road..
