it only hapens when I hook my pc to my tv.I have tried new cables also.

"no sync signal" means you are probably using the wrong kind of cable. Composite Video, S-video, other?

i think that the no sync signal means that the signal between your pc and your tv is not working even though it might be correctly connected. probably the tv and the pc just can't find the connection for each other.

yes i agreed to the first answer maybe you are not using a correct cable.Try to check also the video configuration in your computer if you using a laptop try to press function key then F4 or F7
