My boyfriend is 16 and I am 14, he fingered me and we both wanted to. Somehow my parents found out and they said that they are going to try and get him in some kind of trouble for it. We checked the laws but im still really confused...Any comments??

They might be able to get him in trouble depending on the laws in your area. Really you are too young to be doing that sort of stuff, and you can't consent to anything sexual in the USA. Your not at the age of consent. Which is 16 in most states.

Him being a minor can't get in trouble, but you should have thought about a few things before becoming sexually intimate, and yes, anything to do with private parts is sexually intimate. Things can and do get out of control. You can get pregnant from making out. Sperm is microscopic, so you won't know if he has any on his fingers, and if he fingers you...You aren't ready for the consequences. You will probably not marry this guy, very few teen love relationships ever evolve into marriage, so here you'll have done things like this with this guy, and have given yourself a bad rep, only to have him dump you or something. I hope your parents start supervising you 24/7, or set it up to where you have 24/7 supervision.
Not to be rude to a poster on here, but that poster has been dating a guy since she was 14, and is now 17. She's still young and naive. ALL of us were at that age. Wait until you are about 25 or 30. You will see things in a much clearer light. You will have lived some, and grown up. You will have much better judgement.

Yep, for him. It won't be long before he's of age and you're still underage. It's no fun at all to spend a lifetime on the sex offendor rolls for getting caught necking with your underage gf. But that's the 21st century for you.
If you are underage, do NOT date "adults" (that is, of age in your state). If you are of age, do NOT date underage boys / girls. No matter how much you like them.

no your not too young... trust me one major thing i hate is when people used to tell me im too young, now that im older i dont say it to anyone cause it hurts!
go with what you feel is right. There is no law for it unless he is over 18
i dated a guy when i was 14 and he was 17 and we have been in love for three years!

He's not 18 so techinically your both under age and you did it willingly. so your parents dont have anything legally against him. so dont worry to much about it. it will all blow over soon. your parents are probably just a little surprised and confused right now. so dont get too upset with them.

its not worth it im turing 18 my bf 15 so im going to have to break up with him so i dont get in to trouble so if you like him alot you will give up till your older not worth him to go to jail for it
