I found that being on birth control pills shortened the number of days I flowed and the amount on each day. The Depo-Provera injection causes you to not have periods. But the best thing would be to ask your doctor or the person who manages your general health.

I dont think you can control blood lose, unless you have a corrective surgery... but you can change yoru cycle by being around women of other time framed cycles, or if you strat the pill at an incorrect time

Birth control would do that, but I would just deal with the period that you have because birth control is unnatural and is not healthy for you. Your menstrual cycle is as long as it is because that is how long your body needs to discharge the lining of your uterus. Making that shorter can throw your hormones out of whack and usually does for women. If cramps are unbearable I would see a gyno, and see what they could give you.

most diet pills do, stress does, starving or change of diet will. Theres also a new pill out that is for a 3 day cycle . I would never take the pill that stops your cycle doesnt feel natural.

I think some birth control pills can do this. I heard of one type that makes it so you only have 4 periods a year. I don't recommend these but birth control is the only thing that I could think of.

it might desire to be the two. I had my 2nd toddler at 34 years previous. continually previously that my cycles have been truly odd, everywhere from each 21 days to each 5 or 6 months!! From eh time he replaced into 6 weeks previous even although i replaced into completely breastfeeding they have been like clockwork each 4 weeks.

Birth Control is for your period. If you take it, your period becomes shorter and you don't lose as much blood. However birth control can be bad for your body if you don't take the right amount, and asking your mom for it, is hard!

The easiest way is getting on the pill. You can even take it for two months in a row if you feel like skipping it one month.

By choice of birth control methods. Some medications shorten or eliminate a period.
