I have heard that this winter is suppose to be warm and dry from some people, and cold and snowy from others. So, which one is it?

Since you live North of me by one full state, this winter is going to be cold and wet, according to the National Weather Service. There could be snow in the later part of the winter, around February and/or March. Expect at least two wind storms, the last one don't count.

Well I consider it to possibly be warm and dry, but....since it is in the Northwest, and I have lived here now for 23 years. But, you can't exactly predict the weather here. It has been almost ten years since the last horrible snow storm, so either this year, or next year we will have horribly cold and snowy weather. However, it is already starting to get cold so....I would go with Cold and Dry in the lowlands and horribly snowy in the highlands.

Hope that helps! :)
