Husband was deployed when child support was put in place. When you're deployed you get all this money for being in another country and for hazard duty. Florida looks at ALL the money you're making. So, he is paying over 1000 for 1 child. That's half his monthly income now, and he can't afford another lawyer, because the debt his ex left him with with the divorce. All the money he made downrange on the side went to a lawyer for a divorce. Does anyone have any kind of advice? He's out of state and really needs help. She is living like she's in Hollywood right now and their child is wearing rags, because that's how she is. It's killing him. Attorneys don't have hearts though, and we can't afford the consultation fee... but if there's someone out there who can recommend someone or something, it will greatly help. Thanks!

Call the Florida Bar association in Tampa, they can refer you or possibly offer low cost or free legal assistance.
