Yep, I think I was about 2. I stole a Mini Mouse magnet from the general store in a small town in Wyoming. I didn't know it was wrong. But I'm 13 now and have never shoplifted (excepting this) and don't plan on it.

No, No,No....I never have. However I have worked on the other side as a Store detective and it's not pretty on the end when you have been caught. For one it is very embarrassing and now your have a Criminal Record for what a pair of Jeans,Sneakers,some "Tommy" Socks. Why? He doesn't care...The store losses nothing it is all Insured and now you have a record that will follow you way after the thrill is over. Words I live by if I can't afford it I don't need it at that point.

Yes and no. I was with an ex-friend she put some items in her purse. I took the cart out of the store and was stopped( she went to the restroom) they pressed charges on me. I tried to tell them that I didn't do it but, I could not and would not rat out a friend. Well, I got three months probation and some big fines. I told my friend that I thought she should pay the fines. Now, well we are no longer friends.
It was a good lesson for me. I found out what a true friend she was.

Yes. I used to do it all the time when I was a teenager. I finally got caught stealing $25 worth of stuff from a grocery store. I got a $600 fine and 60 hours of community service. It wasn't worth it and I never did it again.

Yeah!! Me and my mate use to go shopping every sunday and just rob the shop lol One day we stole a total of $600 plus from Kmart/Target and a few little shops.

Yes. When me and my best friend were 13 we went to the store with her Mom, while Mom was shopping we went to the jewelry section and both took something, then we went to wait outside....WRONG! Once we left the building someone stopped us and told her to hand over the mdse. They took her and I to the office. They asked me if I had anything and I said NO. They didn't check me. HER MOM WAS SOOO PISSED AND EMBARRASSED! That was enough for me. Even though I didn't get busted it was enough to cure me forever!

When i was young i would sneak chocolates into my sleeves at the grocery stores from the bulk bins. it was pathetic and i have long since stopped.
