Hi, I'm 21 weeks prego. I've been experiencing these crampy breast pains mostly on my left breast on the under side....it mostly happens when I touch it...but it also happens at time when i'm not even moving....or when i lean over...is this normal...?Should I be worried because I kinda already am...I have anxiety problems and I've been to the hospital I don't know how many times at least 8 in the past 4 months just for them to tell me nothing was wrong. I really don't want to go if nothing is wrong, but this kinda hurts. Can anyone give me some tips to make it stop hurting as much?

also i took a tylenol earlier and it seemed to help a little...but I usually only take one so it doesn't ever make the pain completely go away

You don't need to go to the hospital for this. Your breasts hurt when you're pregnant. You can always call your doctor in the morning just to get an explanation of what is happening. Get the book "What to expect when you're expecting." You shouldn't read it because you might think you have everything in it. Whenever you have a problem, give the book to someone else and let them look up what it is and they can explain it to you. Worrying all the time isn't going to help the baby. Good luck!

It's totally normal for your breasts to hurt when your pregnant. Having a hot bath can help. Try not to stress out so much , that is actually not good for you or the baby.
