Hate to admit i'd. If the newborn-kisser's thoughts and plans are for the non violent life of human beings on our planet earth. I extremely have a feeling gay politicians does no longer start up wars yet spread the message of love and peace. at the same time as there are absolutely no longer any wars then danger free lives of toddlers might want to correctly be saved and am particular even God loves the idea.

Of course.
Sexual orientation has nothing to do with how well a person can lead a country. If someone were to not vote for a gay politician (but only because they are gay; I'm not trying to say you have to vote for a gay person simply because they are gay), that would be prejudiced.

His sexuality is only one part of his character/personality. If you agree with his platform and know him to be a person who meets his commitments, definitely vote for him. He can't be any worse than a lot of the straight politicians we have in office.

Hey, I voted for Barny Frank several times, even after the scandal came out. Who cares if He's Gay or not? The guy brought the Pork back to his District. (forgive the pun). Isn't that what politics is REALLY all about?

I'm more likely to vote for a gay politician, even if the rest of their ideals don't match perfectly with mine. At least I'd know they have a good perspective on civil rights.

I would most definitely vote for a gay politician-in the event that i actually vote...you see no one cares about us anymore if ever and I see no reason to vote if they(gov) are just going to put whoever they want in office anyway.A black person will never get to be president neither will a gay person or a woman. It's not their fault it's our sh*tty a** govt's fault.

His/her sexuality would never affect my political decision. Race, gender, age, and physical abilities don't matter. It's the kind of politician that they are. I would vote for a politician that I believe could make a positive difference in the world.

I'd like to say "yes" but if I am going to be truthful, my answer is "no". Homosexuals are so vulnerable to blackmail, scorn, and of course, religious backlash. Also, with all of the publicity about perverts and predators, some of which are gay like priests and ministers, there is too much room for speculation. The rigid religious right-wing would be unmerciful, I think, and there would be so much conflict surrounding an admittedly gay politician, the job might suffer for it. Although I am liberal, this particular problem would be too difficult to be sensible. Privately, I'm not the least bit interested in their bedroom activities.

their sexuality would have nothing to do with whether or not i voted for him..
if they were in support of some of the things i am and seemed worthy of the job.. then they would get my vote..

Sexual orientation has no effect on whether I would vote for a politician. To me, it's as absurd as voting or not voting for someone because of their hair color.
