baloon car help science project?

ok i have 2 pics of my balloon car:

i blow the balloon(rubber glove) and it doesnt go anywhere.

what should i do, it only wieghs less than a pound.

You have too much friction in your wheel/axle system. Perhaps if you switched to pine wood derby wheels or cannibalized a toy car that rolls very easily it could work. Also, if you can loose any more weight that would be better.
