My mom used to have fruit coctail with a toast. It's good. Once in awhile I'll have a bowl of cheerios.

I'm the queen of late-night...usual bedtime is about 1:00am but frequently stay up until 2 or 3....I don't require much sleep - 5-6 hours is all so I still wake up at a decent morning hour.
My snack in the evening, when I have one is a wonderful hot cup of tea - either dark Irish breakfast tea or Bigelow Constant Comment and a coupla slices of cinnamon toast.... Sometimes, I'll have a bowl of cornflakes or cheerios......

I'm not much of a snacker. I am a sweet eater. I just eat whenever I am hungry. If it's late I'll have cookies and milk or ice cream, something like that.
I had juice and coffee this a.m. then a salad with tuna on it at 1p.m. and some M & Ms around 5p.m. I am still not hungry and it's 8:40p.m. I should be. I don't want to get hungry now because I am tired and don't want to fix anything. Gee, I wonder why I am over weight.

You betchya. Not fruit cocktails, though. I go for the long-lasting protein based stuff. Turkey, chicken or cheeze with carbs for the filling. I'm skinny and please don't hate me for it. I'd much rather be 40 lbs. overweight than 10 lbs. under. Give me the fruit cocktail, for sure but with chocolate, milk and cookies. Whatever will put on the weight.

Occasionally. I don't eat, though, if I'm not hungry. When I do eat, I prefer some protein because it takes longer to digest and therefore, keeps me from getting hungry longer.
A couple of slices of turkey, beef or chicken. Makes for a nice snack!

Not always, but sometimes ( even though I'd rather have something sweet like cake etc) I'll have some pineapple and cottage cheese, an apple, orange or a sliced tomato.

Yes, I sleep better if I have a light snack. I esp. like granola cereal with blueberries, or vanilla wafers or apple slices with peanut butter.
