Jump into my superhero costume, grab my baseball bat and go beat someone down. Thus saving the person in distress who I'd whisk away in my arms into the sunset, unless it's a guy, then you're only getting a handshake.

It depends. Id go look to see if I could tell where it was coming from. It depends on what kind of screaming, whether its a kid outside screaming at his or friends or because theyre being hurt. If it was coming from inside of someones house, and it continued, Id definately call the police.*
