No it does not justify oppression. There are legal ways you can change a government with terrorism. Terrorism only makes a bad situation worse.

ABSOLUTELY FRICKING NOT! What is going on in Pakistan right now is an abomination. The idea that democracy is less important than fighting "terrorists" is ridiculous. Hey, I know, let's turn the United States into a dictatorship because of the Oklahoma City Bombing! I love when people find a solution that has absolutely nothing to do with the problem. It's like hitting yourself on the foot with a hammer just because you can't start your car.
