use candy!! =)

regular m&ms - circles
peanut M&ms - ovals
crunch bar - rectangle

Oh, that's easy- Candy!! Bring in candies that are also basic shapes & have them attempt to correctly identify the shape, and if they do, they win the candy. Or, if you want to do something easier, introduce a different shape each day of the week & give them candy that has that particular shape. That way, they have something tangible & fun to help them remember what they learn.

use different shapes of snacks and have them point out which ones they are and as they pick them out they get to eat them. good luck.

you can use a cracker for a square
3 small pretzel rods for a triangle
a donut for a circle.

Cut fruits into shapes =)
Or bake cakes/cookies into different shapes =)
