Today i had decaf coffee in the AM.
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich at 1pm
Ravioli at 3pm
Zitti with meat sauce with the kids at 6pm

i don't think i am eating enough or eating right...
i am 6 weeks pregnant.

You may want to throw in there some veggies, fruits and milk products.

For breakfast, I normally have oatmeal and a fruit. If I'm hungry before lunch I eat some crackers or half a small sandwhich. Lunch is a free for all and can be anything from burger, salad or pasta. Around 4, I get a small snack of a cheese stick, wheat crackers or some nuts. Dinner is around 7 but is normally rice, meat and veggies.

Spacing out my food has help tremendously in not over eating and nausea.

Sounds fine to me. I would try to eat a little more in the morning, maybe some fruit, like a banana. Get some veggies in your diet too. Carrots and celery sticks are good to munch on. 17 weeks pregnant here and always thinking I'm not eating enough.

Lets see, you are supposed to eat 300 calories more a day, so women should eat about 1500 calories a day so add 300 to that.

It doesn't sound like you're eating enough. I eat too much I think. I eat whenever I think about food. The doc hasn't said anything abt. my weight gain yet, though.

i think what you are eating is fine,dont buy into the eating for 2 thing its not necessary. if you feel full after eating that then you will be ok
