You might try an ice pack on the back of your neck and a warm compress on your forehead. Then try switching locations after about ten minutes. You can also try a bit of coffee or other caffeinated beverage, if you do caffeine. Also, I find mint or menthol really helps me. You might try putting a little diluted peppermint extract or some Vicks vapo rub right under your eyes.
I don't know what kind of headache you have (migraine, tension, or sinus) but there're generally specific fixes for those as well. If you have a tension headache, try lighting a vanilla or lavender candle and taking a hot bath. Put a heating pad across your shoulders. Talk someone into giving you a bit of a massage. Stretch. If you have more of a sinus thing, you might want to look into buying a netti pot, a device that helps you irrigate and clear out your sinuses. It's also pretty helpful to head to a chiropractor or a masseuse who can work on your sinuses for you a bit. Steam is pretty helpful too, so you might try a hot shower. If it's a migraine... welll, I always take three Tylenol pm (I'm not pregnant) and just sleep it off, so I'm not sure what else might work.
Hope you feel better. Headaches suck.

Won't help you right this moment but if you are near a china town or have an asian market get some white flower oil. it's topical, you dab some on the pressure points (there is an insert that tells you where) and you can feel like headache lift right up off your head. Works for muscle aches and head congestion too. I still use it rather than any pill and it works great.

I had that when pregnant and asked on here. I got lots of answers and one said that pregnancy dehydrates you. I drank more water than usual. 15-20 water bottles a day!!! My headaches slowly dissipated over the next 30 hours. At one point I was busy and drank less than that I got it back! Now I am nursing and same thing (Only 10-15 bottles of water a day though). Dehydration headaches are TERRILBE... even your teeth hurt after several days of it. Try that:)

Try sniffing VICS vapor rub, which according to my pamphlet, is safe. I've used it. Since I don't want to touch it I take a cutip and dip it in and rub it into my temples and sometimes forehead. NEVER too close to the eyes. You could put some under your nose so you breathe it in. My husband does it. I've done it. It helps. Take a warm shower. Not hot obviously. Take a nap. Massage your temples. Go get a pregnancy massage. Have your husband/b-friend give you a calming back rub.
Good luck!

I get REALLY bad tension headaches, Tylenol DOESNT help! Tell your doctor. Mine prescribed Flexeril. Its a pain reliever/ muscle relaxer and it really helped me. Also lay with a heating pad under your neck and shoulders.

I had a migraine where I wanted to cry. Drink a cup of coffee, tea, or coke with some caffeine in it. A little bit won't hurt. The caffeine will help your head so much. It worked for me. I was at work and thought I might start crying it was so bad. I drank one cup of coffee and I was feeling 90% better within 30 minutes. Good luck!

sleep usually gets rid of it.
it might be a sign of dehydration..
i know you probably are staying away from caffeine, but sometimes this is associated with low blood pressure, and coffee usually works with this.
avoid bananas, which will give you more of a headache then you can bear.
so... make yourself a cuppa, have a few glasses of water, and lye down...
hopefully that will work
it works for me, everytime

I get migraines so bad, but I don't want to take anything if I'm not running a fever. So I'll lay in a completely quiet, dark, room and try to sleep. It helps.
