The norm is to gain about 3-5 pounds in your first trimester, and some women even lose a little due to morning sickness.

So you're a little ahead of where you should be, but that's not worrisome. Every woman is different. Just continue to eat healthy and make your calories count.

Total weight gain is usually around 25-35 pounds, and you should give yourself at least 6 months after the birth to lose most of that.

They say about 14 kilos, but in my first trimester i put on 7 kilos cause i always felt hungry but through my second trimester i wasnt as hungy and i have only put on 4 kilos in the last 3 months. I am 26 weeks tomorrow and all up i have put on 11 kilos so far.

My midwife said it's fine and not to worry too much just eat healthy foods when you feel hungry. But dont ever stop yourself from eating if you are hungry cause tht is your body telling you it needs more nutrience for bub. She said it doesnt really matter too much cause you can loose it all later!

Congrats!

Normally, women gain between 20 and 35 pounds. Your doctor will let you know if you weight is a problem.
After your baby is born, breastfeeding will help you drop the weight along with exercise and limiting breads and sweets.
take care and congrats

I'm 21 wks prg and I was 117 when I found out. As of last Wednesday (doc appt) I was 137. You should gain around 25-30 pounds or so. My doc hasn't said that I'm gaining too much so I'm gonna try not to worry too much till he says something.

Some females don't experience any signs in any respect whilst others have all of the signs. It does not imply anythings fallacious. If the baby does die in utero, you may start bleeding, or you may now not (neglected miscarriage). However, seeing that you could have obvious the heartbeat twice, its ordinarily a excellent sign that things are quality and can proceed to be nice.

25-35 pounds. If you limit your weight gain to this amount, you should be back to your pre-pregnancy weight quickly.
