If I am increasing average selling prices, would that mean I was increasing the cost of goods sold? The only other options to change are net sales, selling expenses, or administrative expenses. So I really think it's either net sales or cost of goods sold. So if it asks me to change the average selling price, do I change net sales or cost of goods sold?

No, cost remains the same no matter what goods are sold for and it wouldn't change any other expenses like admin or selling so the sales is the only thing that changes.
