If you are receiving disability from the state of Michigan, but want assistance starting your own buisness, are there any programs you know of that will assist someone with this goal?

The state of Michigan right now is trying to cut programs for the disabled, its been on the news, a good point of contact in Michigan is the Paralyzed Veterans of America. They are really active in Michigan and would be glad to help. Good luck!!

There are lots of them. It depends on where you live. You can start a Micro Enterprise with the support of several organizations. You can use a PASS if you are on SSI. Email me and tell me where you live and I can help more.

I live in Oakland, but am very familiar with Wayne and Washtenaw, and less familiar all over the state.
