Ya, money does change the way a person looks - better clothes, better hair cut, better complexion-- BUT it does not make them better.

id look 2-3-4-5-6 or a zillion times.. hes is hot! Look at those eyes,smile, chest, and ***! Everything is so nice! Even the parts Id only dream about!
He could have 2 bucks to his name and Id still be drooling!
