So im not tryin to be the dude thats all "xbox sucks... Playstations way better"But how do the consoles die??? i've owned both but i still prefer my ps3 cause ps has never really had problems, especially not of the dying kind.. Is there any xbox owners that are pissed off about what they got for the money they spent.? there was the red light problem, the fire hazard and overheating problem..Has anybody everheard of ps3 having similar problems?

PS3's dont have hardware problems like the Xbox 360. Sony tested the PS3 and made sure that it wasn't a faulty machine, unlike Microsoft. I have never heard of any PS3 owner saying that they have had hardware failure. The hardware failure rate on the PS3 are 0.2%, the Xbox 360's hardware failure rate is around 33%. Basically hardware failure on the PS3 is almost non-existent because the rate of failure is less than 1%.

I think that Microsoft was so caught up with trying to beat the PS3 and Wii in the next-gen console war, that Microsoft just got lazy and ended up releasing a sorry game machine with no quality control in the manufacturing process.

PS3's do operate pretty warm during gameplay, but they never overheat, and if the PS3 does get too hot, the PS3 doesn't "die" like the Xbox 360.

This answer is in keeping with existence cycles of previous consoles and potential of the present consoles. It does not sound like it particularly is gonna ensue however the console to first die is the Xbox 360. Sony has continuously pronounced that the great potential of the PS3 heavily isn't harnised by ability of builders and you are able to tell in case you seek for the technologies specifications. they have an dazzling cellular processor and pictures card. Sony has even shown that they choose for the existence cycle of the ps3 to be longer then 5-6 years and fairly be 10-12 years. based on the present sales, it does not seem that Sony will final yet that's an prolonged term investment. based on the Wii and it particularly is success, i think of it particularly is going to final 2-3 years longer then the 360 and then a Wii 2 might come out. yet there is likewise yet another element to the Wii and the terror of it in easy terms being a fad and it particularly is popularity could wane in the subsequent year. They furnish in the video games section yet they have not got lots third social gathering help like Microsoft and Sony. the only one helping the Wii is Nintendo itself. So by ability of an prolonged shot, i think of Microsoft will die out first.
