Help TTC with irregular periods?

Question

LMP on Oct 3rd (1 week later then normal because it was the first cycle off the pill) was on the pill for 7 years, off now 2 months. I havent had a period since the 3rd, all tests neg. Im not pregnant :(
Anyone have any ideas on getting pregnant with irregular periods or coming off the pill? Anyone have these sypmtoms and got pregnant?

I went off the pill for 3 months before trying to get pregnant, both times. My doctor told me to do this so that my cycle would regulate and we could accurately date my pregnancy. Both times my periods came back very irregular and stayed that way after the 3 month was over. I used ovulation tests so that I would know when I was ovulating. I got pregnant the first month trying with the first, and the 2nd month of trying with the 2nd.

Mostly any woman who wants to get pregnant or avoid it can accomplish it using this method!
(of course unless they have some other medical conditions that won't allow for it, but that isn't so common)
