i am 6 weeks pregnant. the ONLY symptom that I have is tiredness.
i am not sick, boobs don't hurt, no backpain, nothing....
i thought i was having a missed miscarriage, but an ultrasound confirmed that i was still pregnant and everthing is fine.
but i thought my lack of symptoms was indicating that i was loosing my baby - check out the below link - it is helpful.
you have to go to your doctor... get an ultrasound.

My 1st and 2nd pregnancy both ended in miscarriage. I never had any symptoms with any of the pregnancies apart from sore breasts. I never had any morning sickness. I'm now pregnant 3rd time and everything is going well. Still no morning sickness with this one only feeling tired. Every woman is different.

No. You may never have any of the expected "symptoms" of pregnancy and still have a perfectly healthy pregnancy. I also can not see any truth that a lot of first pregnancies end in miscarriage.

Nope, I had no symptoms...as in, I wasnt trying to get pg and didnt know I was pg until almost 8 weeks. I was never huge on keeping up my days/cycle - and I had a beautiful baby boy - no problems at all with the pregnancy. Dont worry, the stress isnt good for you. Say your prayers for a healthy pregnancy and child. May God bless you with both.

No, like you said every body situation is different. I no you barely have any symptoms but believe me by the time you are three months you will have plenty of symptoms. So be thankful for the peace you have right now.

Hi. I am 21 wks prg. I had really sore boobs and was (and still can be) a b---h. Got dizzy sometimes at night. That's about it. I never heard about a link between lack of symptoms and such. This is my first. So far everything is good!

Don't worry. My first pregnancy I was very sick starting at 5 weeks. This time around I felt totally normal until 7 weeks. Some women don't get sick at all.

no i dont think so, people usually dont find out till they're about 7-8 weeks, only because of that, lack of symptoms.
please have positive attitude, eat healthy, drink heaps of water and you will be ok...
I've never heard of women's first pregnancy ending in miscarriage.
i did experience no symptoms, and i've heard of women that didn't kow until their stomach started growing that they were pregnant,
