No its the persons lifestyles that do. Most court cases in divorce look the other way in adultry anymore. Its just a reason for the divorce. Document everything now and after helps to keep writen records with dates times and places. Take it from someone who has been there. As long as you keep a journal you have writen proof of dates and times chances are that the on you are fighting for custody dosen't and then its just you records v/s there words.

Wisconsin does not allow any testimony about adultry. But if you can prove that the other person is neglecting or jepordizing your children, that might be basis for not allowing the children in THAT person's presence. Alternate visitation sites would have to be made and enforced.
