Stir a tbsp of honey into a glass of milk and drink this after
consuming one banana. Don't listen to allopathic quacks
who get paid for degrading natural remedies. Good luck
and sweet dreams.

go to the grocery store, and buy some "sleepy time", "tension tamer" or "chamomile" herbal teas. i swear buy them. when i get home from work, i drink tension tamer with just a little sugar. at bed time, i drink sleepy time mixed with chamomile, and a little sugar. it works wonders.
