Thats good that you dont wear alot of make-up. Some people cake it on and make themselfs look so fake. Natural beauty is so much better.
Wash your face daily so you dont have an oily or shiny looking face. I love the Biore` shine control line.
Remember to wear chapstick so you dont get that icky-winter-chapped-lips look. But if you do, theres this thing called Neosporin LT Lip Treatment, I put it on before i go to bed and the next day my lips are better.
You dont need to wear make-up to look put together. Just do you hair nice, put on some clean clothes, and wake up early enough to get the crusties out of your eyes and you'll look neat and clean. =)

Put on some face cream...
Wash your face with a face cloth that has water on it, then put on a little bit more face cream.
Put on shiny, but clear lip gloss.
You can find this At Sephora Or Sephora.com
The Face Cream can be found on Amazon.com In the beauty section.
Its called L`Occitane - Shea Butter - 24 Hours Ultra Rich Face Cream.
Go to amazon.com and search Pink Eyeshadow in the beauty section.
Look for Estee Lauder Pure Color Eye Shadow.
Get a brush and rub it on only two times and find a blush thats one bit brighter than your skin color..
This may be make up and stuff,
But it makes you look beautifal and brings out your natural beauty.
Go to amazon.com and search Blush In the beauty section.
Look for NARS Blush that says " Best Of Sephora"
Its very pretty, it may be make up but it is only a bit.
Also a little black mascara...
Mascara- Brings out your eyes
Face cream- Makes your face look healthier
Washcloth&water- Makes you feel fresher, even look fresher.
Lip gloss- No chapped lips and looks more healthier.
Natural blush- Looks healthier.
Also smoothen out your eyebrows with a face cloth.
No waxing.
Only plucking and smoothing.
Always go with settled, natural colors.

I suggest moisturizing to keep your face looking healthy. Clear mascara is always a good option and a neutral eyeliner color on the bottom lid will make your eyes pop without looking tacky. You could try beeswax chapstick and a slight color lipstick on top or even just a bit of clear gloss. The beeswax is amazing it keeps your lips all soft and gloss also looks good, just dont overshine:D I don't know if you use foundation or not but i noticed that girls who lay on thick look really bad, it gives you a caked look and thats not what you want. Maybe instead of not wearing anything, just apply less. Hope this helps.

Guys, when she says polished she don't mean 'shiny'! She means put together and tidy.
The key to looking really pulled together is to match everything in a subtle way. For example, If you are wearing a pretty floral sundress, don't wear a severe bun and heavy makeup. Just a bit of bronzer, mascara, gloss and concealer if you need it, and wear your hair out and flowing. Wear a flowered scent. You get the idea!
Also, wear tinted moisturise- it helps you look fresh and clean, but it's not makeup.

I can't wear makeup, but have had good luck with minerals foundation--it gives you a very polished look and covers quite a bit of variation in skin color. It's almost impossible to be allergic or have a reaction to the minerals. Also, keep your eyebrows very well-groomed. Those two and some lipstick will make you look very well put together.

I would invest in some good illuminating powder/dust or a liquid highlighter and use it around the tops of your cheekbones and eyelids. I would also choose a lip gloss with a pinkish tint. Oh, and don't forget to pluck or wax your eyebrows and use a face lotion on a regular basis. :)

get a good eyebrow wax and keep it up. groom them with a clear eyebrow wax, or clear mascara to keep them in place.
curl your lashes and use a bit of mascara to define and bring out your eyes. since you're trying to stay as natural as possible, use black/brown.
use a bit of cream blush on the apples of your cheeks. stila makes a good one. go for a peachy/bronze-y one, or one that looks like your skin when you naturally flush. and a lip balm with a hint of color to it.
done and done.

You can try a sunless facial moisturizer to keep skin looking healthy, try out clear mascara and an eyelash curler, and keep skin clean with weekly with facial masks and a good cleanser.

Start with a basic black or brown eyeliner. A lip liner may add a little something to your lipgloss. Use lotion/vaseline on your face.

Curling your lashes is a must, whether you wear makeup or not - you wouldn't believe the difference it makes! Try it!
