Yes, I have...but it was unintentional on my part...
I have a small dog and lots of land, but the dog is fenced in a normal yard size piece of the property.. He barks on occasion, but has a problem with fire truck and police car sirens, which he starts to howl at.. I run out and of course tell him quiet and he comes in the house.

The neighbor constantly calls the dog control on me for his siren howling.

Well, one day all he// broke lose and an ambulance came down the street with sirens blaring, dog started howling, I ran out worried that the neighbor would call the dog control again and the neighbor was yelling at me!! He was swearing at me .. told me I was deaf..(I'm not)...so on and so forth, so as I went to say something back, my dog started howling again at the sirens..Now the neighbor is yelling at me and I yell OH Shut UP Psycho very loudly..

That was it, next thing I know, police and dog control are at my door.. I explained that my son had once owned the dog and had named him, (due to his odd one blue eye and one black eye), "Psychopath".. so I was not calling the neighbor a Psycho, I was yelling at the dog.

Things have never been the same..but he has stopped calling the dog control..hmmm!

I have had problem neighbors before. Nothing awful though. I must say that the neighbors we've had for the past 12 years are not always perfect, but they sure are some of the best I've seen in a long time. Many of us hold keys for each others homes in case of an emergency.

I have had this apartment for the last 15 years. I have seen people come and people go, but the group that's here right now are the worst it has ever been.

The mothers do not watch their children and it's a constant screaming match between the children from 10:00 AM to at least 6:00 or 7:00 at night, and that's every day of the week.

The man upstairs has his music on at 5:45 every morning before he goes to work. Not a good thing if you didn't get to sleep before 3:00 or 4:00 AM.

There are apartments in here, with much younger people, who have to be totally hard of hearing because of the magnitude at which they play their stereos.

There are neighbors that are continually at my door asking to borrow money. Do I look like Chase Manhattan Bank? I don't mind giving things like baking powder or flour to make it so that they can prepare a meal for their children, but when it comes to money, that's where I draw the line.

Yes, I will be glad to move from here. Plus, the new owners that we have, will not fix anything. And when they have to, and you've lost personal belongings due to their neglect, they don't want to reimburse you for your loss.

I used to have an elderly couple living next door to me when I first got married. She would sit in her spare bedroom and look into my kitchen to see what was going on, especially when I had company. When I got divorced, she was worse yet. Through the years I have moved a few times, and now I don't have a problem with neighbors. We all seem to keep to ourselves.

I suppose before I was 5 years old. The rest of the time I have either lived here or in a place where I didnt have anything to do with neighbors.

Yep I did. This guy and I grew up together and ended up going our own ways. Well not long after I moved back home to be with my parents, he moved back home as well. He said that him and his wife were separated and were talking about getting a divorce. I thought it would be good to have a guy that I knew living next door to me. At least I would have another person to talk to and maybe go places together once in awhile. Well as it turned out, HE had other ideals of the "friendship". I let him know very quick that I was not interested in that at all. He still tried a few more times, but soon found out that he wasn't going to get any where. He was not interested in really being a friend, if you get my drift. Within a week after the last encounter with him, he had a woman living in his house with him. I was told later on that it was his wife. Needless to say, we don't talk any more. That is not because she lives with him, but for what he tried with me.

Occasional problems with neighbors but none compare with my friend's.
The much respected family man that lived next door to her was a flasher! He was standing nude behind open blinds the first time she saw him. After rubbing her eyes she determined it was unintened or she imagined it. Two weeks later as she drove into her driveway looking up at the window, you guessed it, stark naked standing with blinds pulled up staring straight at her. No one really believed her at first. A couple of months went by and ... AGAIN. This time she sold her house and moved.
Now that's next door neighbor problems. Blessings, Juju

They weren't exactly bad neighbors. They were just annoying. I lived next door to Jed and Granny Clampet. Whenever I worked out in the yard after work, they always had to keep on and keep on talking to me. I just wanted peace and quiet. She would beg me for cigarettes. When we had friends over for a BBQ they would yell out to our guests and try to engage them in conversation. Finally I put up an 8ft high wooden fence and bought a Cd player with earphones! By the time I moved, life was improved. They were good people, just annoying for someone who worked all day in a people pleasing job.

Yes we've had annoying neighbors. We moved out to the end of a dirt road and that was a good decision. Our neighbors are near, but not to close. No one bothers you, but we are there if someone needs something.

All was well till one woman moved next door. She is so annoying. She comes to "borrow" things all the time. She has no shame, when I say no she'll beg, "pleeeeeeeease?" I was cordial for the first month, after that, I hate seeing her coming. I tell her everytime she knocks after 9:00 PM that I don't like knockers that late. She apologizes but next time, sure enough after 9:00 PM, she comes knocking. Yes the neighbor from hell.
