Shouldn't teachers be morally good because it is right, not because they have lost their reason?

Are you referring to the new religion also...the religion of global warming.

How ignorant, you are assumming that God is a corruptable offense, that any one who believes in a god is bad. Where is your open and accepting liberal mind.

In a public school, teachers are not to influence students by speaking or teaching anything about their religion. Is this not good enough for you? Do they all have to be atheists before you will be satisfied? Not gonna happen!

I think i prefer teachers with a strong moral code, rather than the reports I have been seeing about teachers having sex with underaged students.

Well teaching about God has been banned so what they personally believe should be of no bearing.
