"Corrupt young people?" I'm curious as to how the millions (I repeat millions) of people who have been educated, in the past, by teachers with faith in God and school systems that allowed Biblical teaching, have become corrupt?
I challenge you to delve deep into the history of religion and the American school system, and compare, from the past, crime rates, drop out rates, and other behavioral, social factors, with those of today.
It sounds as though you are having issues of faith that stem from your past, and instead of dealing with them, you are projecting them onto others.
Just my own thoughts.

Hold up, that would be discrimination, just the same as if someone were black, or a female, or old. You cannot do it because it is both illegal and morally wrong! Teachers have every right to take their own religion upon themselves and practice it while at school as long as they don't try to press it upon other students or teachers. There is a law, the separation of church and state, which was originally created to keep the states out of churches, but is now used for the opposite effect. Anyways, just because a teacher has a specific religion doesn't mean that they should be fired or that they are corrupting children. They are not allowed to even start a talk of it. This is where the tricky part comes in though. If a student brings the situation up and asks the teacher his or her opinion, then the teacher has free right to say whatever they feel like because everyone knows that it is only their opinion and they were requested of it. Bottom line: teachers cannot legally or morally be fired for being religious.

Do not attempt to use your own personal views to cloud your thinking.
People who believe in another religion or no religion at all can and do a good job without proselytizing . They do not corrupt and do teach many of the same values that you may believe in.
Personally I do not care what makes a person be morally good as long as he is morally good.

Let me tell you something...
As a teacher, I see corrupted kids every single day.
These kids are corrupted because of their parents and the environment in which they live. This happened way before they came to me.
I am the one standing up being a good role model to my students every day, hoping they will pick up on good values. I know I may be one of the most positive people they see all day long. It isn't the teachers who are corrupting the kids- it's their parents who aren't home, who leave out prescription drugs and alcohol, who don't know who the kids are friends with, etc.- this has SO much to do with it.

I think you lost your reason with that question. You must have missed history class. You need to go back to and see what this country was founded on. And teachers do not go into class teaching religion and as you put it corrupting young people.

I don't really see a problem with teaching religion in school, but as long as it's treated as a theory amongst others. Not the absolute truth.
People should be educated on different subjects so they can find their own spiritural path and make an intelligent and educated decision based upon what they were tought...
thats what i think.....

When teaching in a public school, there is a very strict code of ethics that prohibits teachers to "corrupt" young people. If you are in a private school, then you should consider switching schools if you are easily offended.

Can you create a question that is any more skewed?
It is absurd to think that there are enough athiest/agnostic teachers out there to fill the schools. Most teachers, as well as most of the population, believe in God and live their lives with God's guidance as much as possible.
Don't worry. I ain't mad at ya. My son is a self proclaimed athiest, and he doesn't make me mad either.

I am being sarcastic when I say this...You are absolutely right. Every teacher should be an atheist and all the teachers that do believe in God should be fired.
