A parent losing a child to death. It's the worst of all three types of pain. Physical, Mental, and Emotional.

Mine is broken heart pains or severe headache pains, they feel about the same.

Toothache. I'd rather have almost any other type of pain than a toothache.

getting a tooth pulled(had that)
period cramps(ow!)
breaking a bone(done that)
and my mom got gum sergury so she said that sucked soooo bad! her dentist came at her with scissors, a razor, and clippers. Ahhh!!!!!
