Since i have a day job, i am obligated to hit the hay by no later than about midnight 30 or one. Ideally, though, i would prefer to stay up til about 3 am, sleep til about 7 or 8, then nap in the afternoon from about 1 until 4 or so. Yep, that's what my sleep schedule would be if i could make my own.
