Tylenol. They have been making it waaay longer, and they know what they are doing, but Advil is still good, it depends on what you need it for. I say Tylenol for pain.

Advil- Tylenol won't cut it when I have a bad headache.

advil as long as I don't have an upset stomach! advil is hard onmy stomach so if I have a 'belly ache' I take Tylenol

based on the two above, advil. tylenol doesn't do anything for me. but, i prefer excedrin.
