I am married and have a crush on my supervisor who is also married and has 2 children. I know this is a hopeless, bad situation but I can't stop thinking about him. We connect with eachother in so many ways. This is starting to really affect me outside of work and it's affecting my marriage with my husband. I am wondering if I should tell my supervisor about my feelings b/c I can't stand this secret anymore. HELP!

Unless you are ready to end your marriage on the chance to be with someone who may not share your feelings, absolutely DO NOT confess your feelings for your supervisor. Like any crush, it will pass.
Here is the deeper question, what is lacking in your own marriage? Is your marriage something worth working on? Put your attention towards that.
Honestly, I have been in your shoes. I forced myself to put the feelings to the side (fantasizing in private) and eventually the crush passed. BECAUSE I love my husband and the commitment I made to him was worth more to me than any passing fancy. I have now been married for more than 17 years.

just remember this one thing as you are sitting there with wonderful fantasies about Mr. supervisor.
when hubby finds out, the sh!t is going to hit the fan. it is not only going to affect your marriage but your children as well. when things peter out with Mr. supervisor you will be the one sitting there with a failed marriage and children that will be suffering the consequences of divorced parents.
having your head in a fantasy is one thing but when it requires taking off your panties for another person that is not your spouse THAT IS WHERE THE PROBLEMS START!!! AND IT ONLY GOES DOWN HILL FROM THERE!!!

Sure why not tell him maybe the 2 of you can hook up for some great sex....I did the same with my married boss and he is so great in bed better then my husband.
