Trevor needs to see a doctor.
The only time I've ever had a bloody discharge from "down there" occurred after a bad bike wreck. I hit the pavement hard on my back. The blood was coming from a bruised kidney according to the doc and he mandated I not lift anything heavy for awhile so it could heal.
The others mentioning STD could also be accurate. If he's old enough to be masturbating, he should be old enough to visit the doc. If he's ashamed to tell his usual doc, tell him to visit a different one for this issue.

Tell Trevor that he needs to see a doctor...NOW! Heck make the appointment for him. But the fear of God in him. It could be something very simple but it could also be very serious. Blood shouldn't be coming out of there. Good luck.

I would definitely see a doctor--- blood in the urine or semen could be a sign of a kidney disease.

SEE A dr. Mr atheism has a point. You can spurt blood if you masturbate too much. But still, see a dr.

Convince him to go to the doctor quick. If he needs support go with him or tell him to take someone with him.
