YES THEY ARE..
Why is it necessary for State Farm Insurance to deny claims and try to acuse the client of filing false claims? Is it because the don't know any different, or they are dishonest rats from hell or they are the Most Stupid Company in the history of the wrold?
I think they are dishonest rats and need to be put out of business. They know who I am and I will tell everyone how dishonest they are till the day I die...HEY, State Farm " Slander This"

I don't think they would take the legal risk of saying "false claim" unless they had facts to back up that charge. What do they say you did that they consider false?
State Farm is one of the more ethical ones. If you want sleaze try being insured by Allstate. They left our state for fear they would have to start paying claims so they are not even "ALL states" anymore.

They still haven't paid claims for hurricane Katrina
Denying their claims or they wait to give you pennies on the dollar.
