I've worked 3 days as a waitress @ one Iranien restaurant.
He's basically cheating me for my money,
I believe that he assumes that I'm an illegal alien in the US.
Which I AM NOT!
I AM AWARE OF THAT YOU DON'T MAKE ALOT OF MONEY PR. HR. AS A WAITRESS,BUT I THOUGHT THIS WAS A LITTLE TOO EXTREME........
I worked together 28,40 hrs.

example:
10:00a.m. - 10:00p.m.

10:00a.m. - 09:00p.m.

12:00p.m. - 5:40p.m.

The supervisor just answered:
I gotta speak to my partner first! (when I asked about how much I was gonna make hourly).

After I got to know that I was gonna get paid $300 weekly,I quit.
I don't wanna work that many hrs, without getting paid overtime and without having a payroll!

How much $ am I entitled do after working those hours as a waitress/cashier?

The supervisor wanted me to work 6 days a week.
He didn't say nothing about hours.
I didn't mind working all those hours.
I just didn't like all the non-system there...
(I am a LEGAL alien,I just don't have much work experience in the USA,that's kinda why I took this job).
I just didn't expect it to be like this.
I guess it's true what they say....

What is Texas' minimum wage? For 28.4 hours, to earn $300 is a little more than $10/hr.

It looks like TX' min. wage is:
Effective July 24, 2007, the federal minimum wage will increase to $5.85 an hour

Do you mean the Texas Workforce Commission:
http://www.twc.state.tx.us/

So, how many hours did they expect you to work for $300 per week? If only 40 hours, then $5.85 multiplied by 40 hours = $234. So, it looks like they're paying you $7.50/hr to work 40 hours per week for $300/week.

What you are legally entitled to is minimum wage times the number of hours that you worked. Minimum wage for tipped employees is much lower than minimum if you are not a tipped employee. You are required to report all of your tips to your employer - if the tips plus the tipped employee minimum wage don't add up to the not-tipped employee minimum, then the employer has to make up the difference.

You don't say how many hours you would have been expected to work for the $300, but if it's 40, that's likely over the minimum.

Didn't you talk about wages before you started working there?
