You didn't get big boobs from not wearing a bra at night....or droopy boobs, either! Don't sleep in your bra. You won't be comfortable and you'll just end up bending wires in your bras and ruining them. I just sleep in men's t-shirts and pj pants, then get up in the morning and put my bra on when I get dressed.

Whether you wear a bra or not will not affect the growth of your breasts. Genetics and nutrition determine your growth. Some women wear bras at night. Some don't. It's purely a matter of comfort.

I wear a bra at night because it's more comfortable for me and I feel too jiggly without one.

I never wore a bra at night because it's uncomfortable. It doesn't effect the growth of your breasts.

I sleep nude. Clothes of any kind are too confining. My breasts are very large. This isn't the reason they are large. My breasts are large because of my genetics.
