i always see on sites that they sell branded things for cheap and i found out that these are copies and not original, for example gucie shoes
is selling fake branded items illegal

illegal. problem for the original producers is finding and suing the fake suppliers by tracing the source to another country, so it'll probably continue for a while.

Selling them is illegal, buying them is not, even if you know they are fake. Same goes for bootlegged movies/music.
