I think bees work. I do not think they play anything, especially being dead.

When a bee's barbed stinger goes into you its own attempts at pulling out of that stinger rips open the bee's abdomen. That makes a bee dead without having to play at it. But as the previous answerer said that may not shed light on this.

Well im not really sure but i do know that after a bee stings someone/something their insides get ripped out of their bodies and they can only fly for about 10-20 mins more then they fall to the ground and walk for their last 20 mins of life and then they die.I hoped that helped....i dont think it did but who knows!
