They don't actually compete for the ratings share versus one another in the same time slot, so each company may help each other....wrestling fans may decide to view both just to see what the other company is doing with storylines, etc. TNA should get a majot bump up, though, but it needs a better time slot on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (8 or 9 pm).

Video games do not guarantee ratings.
If the game is well done (and that is questionable because Midway is a developer), TNA will get more exposure and people will possibly see at least one iMPACT episode on TV. However, that is just a possibility.
