I sleep about around 9 pm
I eat in the morning, I eat at lunch, and at eat about 6 in the evening...Im going to eat alot..
I'm going to drink at least 1 bottle of milk..
I'm going to stretch when i wake up and when i go to sleep...

what else???

I usually sleep around 12, 1 , 2 and sometimes 3 for the last 3 years...I only grow about 1 inche.....Ok my dad is 5'6 and my mom is 4'11...:( I was 5'2 when i was 12 and now 5'3 -turning 17 next year.....

Please help...

your height is genetically predetermined, you can do nothing to alter it. Men usually reach their full height by the time they are 19 so you may gain an inch or so.

If your dad is only 5'6" and your mom is only 4'11", I hate to say it buddy but you are most likely screwed. You can stretch yourself out as far as you want but it's not going to do a damn bit of good. These growing questions crack me up. Your height is a product of your mother and father's genetics. The chance of you eclipsing 5'6" are not good. Don't drink a bottle of milk everyday either. You're going to make yourself sick. Just buy a good pair of boots to get you up another inch or so, that's about all you can do.

You can't force yourself to grow taller it is determined by your DNA. You can go to www.ahealthyme.com and use the height tool to get a prediction of your adult height.
Men usually stop around 21, females 18 give or take.
