I just got married and yes they require every piece of information Name,Addres,Place of birth of the bride and the groom as well the parents information

Hmmmm, it would be hard to make a fake marriage license, but marriage certificate that you get from the church would be easier. If you want I can scan mine and my husband's certificate and see if I can try to Photoshop it a little to say your names and maybe a different church name. Unless you live near San Francisco they wouldn't believe you because that's where we were married. Lemme know! I think you can contact me through my profile page. ETA: The county I was married in has a rainbow watermark background. I don't know what other counties look like, but I know mine would be really hard to copy.

I'm from Florida and mine does. In Florida the application is actually the license it gets signed by the officiant then sent back to the clerks for the seal so it's essentially well actually it's the same paper.

yes, you are supposed to bring a copy of your birth certificate with you when you apply for the license. they want to verify that you are who you say you are, that you are a US citizen, and that you aren't committing any type of identify fraud.

I'm pretty sure mine does, and the parent's names and places of birth.

yes they need all that information....i think some even ask for ur parents place of birth
