I think it depends on where you meet. Meet in a bar, it's more likely to be a body part. Meet online, tends to be personality. I met my wife on Yahoo! She's the most wonderful person I've ever met. We knew each other for a couple months before we met, so the personalities are what we first noticed and were attracted to.
When we met in person, the first thing I noticed was how tall she is. The next was her fabulous... nevermind, that's personal... And she smells nice. :-) Anyway, she's a rare beauty in the online world, and she's given me a son and we have another on the way.

For me the first thing I notice about anyone whether I am attractted to them or not is their eyes and their mouth. (The way they smile when they talk). The first thing I noticed about the guy I am with right now was his beautiful blue eyes. I was just love struck by his baby blues that I had to tell him about them. That is how he got the nick-name Blue Eyes. Even when I am watching T.V. I am always making comments about peoples eyes or mouths'. I love to watch Any of the Baldwins (the actors) each and every one of them have awesome eyes and mouths' including the dad.
