The first landing of Europeans in the Americas was in 1000 AD by the Vikings at l'Anse aux Meadows in Newfoundland.
The first landing of Christopher Columbus, and the beginning of the period of colonization was October 12, 1492 at San Salvador in the Bahamas.
The first president under our present Constitution was George Washington, who was elected in 1789. A man named John Hanson was elected President of the Continental Congress in 1781. This is an old trivia question, as he is sometimes called the first President of the United States.
Black people didn't invade America, somebody went and got them. The first Africans to arrive in North America were "Twenty odd" who were landed at Jamestown in Virginia by a Dutch Slave ship in August of 1619.

Juan de Cordoba was the first European to send an African Slave to the new world in 1502. The source I am attaching doesn't say where the person was sent, but it was probably to the Caribbean islands.
